A selection of mental health and wellbeing programmes currently being offered by various Irish mental health care providers, including Aware, HSE and Mental Health Ireland. 

Aware - Webinars & Life Skills Wellbeing Programmes

Aware schedules monthly online webinars featuring expert speakers on a range of topics connected to mental health. Register for an upcoming webinar, log in from anywhere and watch live, or watch/listen back to past releases.

In addition, Aware runs Life Skills Online, a range of adult, school and workplace programmes empowering people with the knowledge and skills to look after their mental health and build resilience. Registration/fee required. 

HSE - Minding Your Wellbeing Programme

A  free programme, focusing on mental wellbeing, practising self-care, understanding thoughts, exploring emotions, building positive relationships and improving resilience. This 5-part evidence-based programme provides a unique opportunity to learn and practice key elements of mental wellbeing such as mindfulness, gratitude, self-care and resilience.

Mental Health Ireland - Resources & Five Ways to Wellbeing Programme

Mental Health Ireland has a suite of high-quality resources including videos, evidence-based booklets, packs, podcasts and webinars on mental health topics available for your information. These materials are free to download for personal use and for non-profit purposes. Booklets are also available in hard copy by request.

Mental Health Ireland's Five Steps to Wellbeing Programme recommends five simple actions to practice each day to maintain or improve mental health and wellbeing.
