Welcome to the TUS MidWest Library Guide to Mental Health & Wellbeing Resources

We know that university life can sometimes be challenging. That’s why we at TUS Library have put together a guide to our materials on a wide range of topics around mental health and wellbeing.

Whether you’re interested in managing stress and learning some new relaxation techniques, or have more difficult mental health issues, the library has lots of resources that can help.

We hold a wide selection of print and eBooks relating to mental health and wellbeing. We also provide access to online journals, websites, films and documentaries on similar relevant topics. All of these resources are freely available to all TUS staff and students to engage with, browse and borrow for themselves.
